1. Suppose I'm apping a character from an Expanded Universe series, and the authors often talk with fans about details that aren't explicitly spelled out in canon. If I provide the exact conversations between creator and fan, would you accept these as canon? Or is that too flimsy to use?

2. Asking for a friend: is there a ballpark figure for how long it takes an app to go through the approval process?
